Participation in the event is free of charge for organisations that can prove their SME status. If you are an SME, please provide an official document of the last closed accounting period, indicating your company's staff headcount, turnover and balance sheet data. If you are part of a group, please provide the latest financial statement from that group. If you do not submit a proof that your company is an SME, you will have to pay the participation fee charged to large companies (¥80,000).

If selected, I, the registered person in the form, commit to attend the full event.If selected (for SMEs/clusters), my organisation commits to pay a deposit of 160,000 JPY or 1,000 EUR (refundable after attending the full event and answering a post-event questionnaire). If selected (for large companies), my organisation commits to pay a non-refundable participation fee of 80,000 JPY or 500 EUR.If selected, I authorise the EU-Japan Centre to share my email address with other selected participants and with the organisers of the trade fair concerned.If selected, I authorise the EU-Japan Centre to include my name and pictures in the list of participants and in public communication specific to this event.I understand that the EU-Japan Centre provides support to facilitate business matchmaking between EU and Japanese companies. I agree that the Centre cannot be responsible of any decision resulting from the outcome of this business matching process or from any further negotiations between EU and Japanese companies.I understand that I need a written permission from the EU-Japan Centre to use its logo.
