If selected, I commit to attend the entire mission and participate in a pitching session if invited to one.If selected, I commit to pay a deposit of €1000, to be refunded after completion of the mission.I understand that in the absence of emergency or force majeure, failure to attend the centre booth every day or the B2B/pitching event will result in a partial withholding of the deposit. The penalties are €250 or €200 for each day of absence, depending on the mission length (4 or 5 days).I declare that if my organisation is selected for the mission, it will commit to exhibiting solely in the EU-Japan Centre’s joint booth and not in another pavilion or booth.I authorise the Centre to share my email with other selected participants and with the organisers of the targeted trade fair.I understand that the EU-Japan Centre provides support to facilitate the Business matchmaking between EU and Japanese companies.
